Ross is LEAF's Co-Founder and Managing Director. Prior to LEAF, he created Rhode Island's first community supported fishery. He then served as a program analyst at NOAA-National Ocean Service supporting National Marine Sanctuaries before becoming Counsel & Business Manager at Performance Research in Newport, RI. He attend Franklin and Marshall College before earning a JD from Widener University and Master of Marine Affairs from URI.
Nathan is LEAF's Co-Founder and Executive Director. Prior to LEAF, he served as a natural resource manager and recreational fishing guide before becoming a Post-Doctoral research associate at NOAA Fisheries-Narrangansett. He has published work on marine biogeochemistry, ocean acidification, and climate-scale habitat modeling. He studied ecology at Princeton University before earning his PhD in Oceanography at the University of Maine.
Matt is LEAF's Co-Founder and Board Chair. Prior to LEAF, he has held accounting and financial positions at Deloitte, Dunkin Brands Inc, and is a Certified Public Account in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He received his undergraduate and masters degrees at Boston College.
